PCHS Foundation Board treats Health Service’s staff to hamburger feed

On June 6, Perkins County Health Service’s  Foundation Board held a hamburger “Take Away” event to show their appreciation for the employees at Perkins County Health Services. The event, held on the hospital grounds, was a way to say thank you for the countless hours and care the group gives to the Perkins County and surrounding communities.

Employees could take meals home for their families as well. More than 250 meals were served. Donating supplies to the feed was  Hatch’s Super Foods, with the Perkins County Youth Development Club grilling the meal.

The PCHS Foundation board is brainstorming a fundraising event for this coming fall.

Everyone is encouraged to consider donating to the Perkins County Health Services Foundation to enhance the impact of events/programs at Perkins County Health Services, and ensure the continued availability and success of these vital initiatives.
