The cafe in downtown Grant will soon be open under a new name.
Sally’s is a family restaurant with specialties such as pies and rolls, and a lunch buffet.
As of last Thursday, Sally Crandell, who lives in Ogallala, said a lot of cleaning was being done, she was waiting on some equipment and was ready to order in food to be ready to go in the near future.
Sally, the person behind the restaurant name, is a cousin of Nancy Aufdengarten of Brule who formerly ran the cafe.
