Perkins County sophomore wins essay contest PDF Print E-mail

Ashley Kemling, Perkins County High School sophomore, will be recognized at a special Law Day luncheon at the Governor’s residence in Lincoln on May 4. Her award-winning essay was based on this year’s Law Day theme, “Democracy Responds to Technology.”
