Red Cross collects 55 units PDF Print E-mail

Fifty-five units of blood were collected at the most recent bloodmobile held Wed-nesday, May 12 at New Life Fellowship Church in Grant.

Reaching a landmark donation was Doug Glunz who received his five gallon pin. There were no first time donors.

The New Life Fellowship Church served lunch and cookies.

Winners of the hanging plants were Shelly Pollard and Donna Burge.

The volunteers who made the collection run smoothly are appreciated by coordinators Vince Carrig and Deb Marshall.

The next blood drive scheduled for Tuesday, July 13 will be moved back to the 8-2 time slot.

Anyone interested in helping as a bloodmobile volunteer may contact Deb Marshall at 308-352-4250.
