Hatch’s holds tourney at Grant Golf Course PDF Print E-mail

With nearly ideal golfing conditions, 30 three-man teams participated in the Hatch’s Super Foods Golf Tournament June 26-27.

Overall champions were Rusty Triplette’s team from Holyoke with a two-day total of 34 under par for 36 holes.

Second was the team of Kyle Hatch, Randy Styskal and Ryan Cook with 30 under.

Tied for third was the Aten team (Gregg, Jonathan and Alex) with 28 under.

Individual from Omaha, Lincoln, Kearney, Grand Island, Scottsbluff, Ogallala, Imperial, Holyoke and Denver participated. Many had strong ties to the area. Many golfers have college and club professional experience.

Kyle Hatch was the primary organizer and had designated tee times for teams that allowed for uninterrupted play throughout the day.

The Grant Golf Club appreciated Kyle’s efforts to organize this event which benefited the club and the community.

Hatch’s also raffled a golf package to Dismal River Club that raised $1,000 for the senior center.
