It’s 1959 at Rydell High, The Burger Palace Boys and the Pink Ladies are at it again in this fun-filled romp through the days of Rickie Nelson, Elvis and Johnny Casino (Quinton Hite) and the Gamblers.
Come see the romance between Sandy D (Tori Osler) and Danny Zuko (John Prante) as they struggle through the high school events of old Rydell.
From the cheerleaders led by Patty Simcox (Ashley Kemling) to the heavenly chorus, this show has it all.
Teen Angel (Colton White) and Frenchy (Calla Mailand) go through the trauma of beauty school dropout.
From Kenickie (Jeremey Hagan) Doody (Michael York) Sonny (Taylor Boldt) and Roger (Blake Poppe) the Burger Palace boys make the Pink Ladies squirm.
The Pink Ladies include Rizzo (Debbie D.) Marty (Krystal G.), Jan (Emily K ) and before mentioned Frenchy are into everything at school. With Miss Lynch (Robyn K.) leading the school, and Vince Fontaine (Trevor Lee) rocking the radio and the dance at Rydell the musical has all the favorites.
Don’t forget Eugene Florczyk (Wayne Deaver) as the high school brain power, and also the winner of the hand jive contest with Danny Zuko, Cha Cha DiGregorio (Kristin Beck).
Come and see the this production at the Perkins County High School Multi-purpose room at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 12, or 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday Sept. 14. The cost of admission is $4 for adults, and $2 for children under 10. No passes will be accepted for this performing arts presentation as all proceeds go to support the program.
