Three survive impact at intersection PDF Print E-mail

The 21-year-old driver of a 1996 Dodge pickup (foreground) survived a collision at an intersection west of Grant on Dec. 16. Also surviving were the out-of-state driver and passenger of a white 2008 Ford pickup pulling a trailer. Theron Davidson of Ogallala failed to yield right of way on a county road, colliding with driver Jeffrey Roberts, 46, of Montana and passenger Matthew Harvey, 25, of Lake George, Minn. Davidson received disabling head injuries from being ejected, and his pickup caught fire. Both the driver and passenger of the other vehicle were wearing seatbelts and were not ejected or trapped, however, were transported to Perkins County Community Hospital with injuries. A detailed story will appear in this week’s issue of The Grant Tribune-Sentinel. (Photo by Jan Rahn)
