Wallace art students awarded at RPAC contest PDF Print E-mail

Wallace art students taking part in the Republican Plains Activity Conference (RPAC) art contest were awarded for their entries.
The contest was held Wednesday, Jan. 12 at Cambridge Public Schools.
Each member school was awarded a medal winner for the top judged piece of art, followed by three pieces deemed as honorable mention.
There was also an overall “Best of Show” selected. Justin Mahon of Cambridge High School received the honor for 2010-2011.
The award winning pieces of art compose a traveling exhibit that will visit all member schools over the course of the next six weeks.
Medal winner at Wallace School was Jordan Christner for a computer graphic project. Honorable mentions went to Alex Pacheco, colored pencil; Jaclyn Nelson, oil pastel; and Jordan Christner, colored pencil.
