As spring approaches we start to put away the soup recipes and  move forward into grilling and cool treats. Last spring I found this recipe and thought it looked like a fun snack for the kids on a warm spring afternoon.
How easy are they, you ask. Very easy. Melt, chill, and scoop. Everyone loves ice cream, so who wouldn’t love eating ice cream and then being able to eat the cup as well! I can’t imagine a much better idea than watching the kids jump on the trampoline giggling away and snacking on a cool savory treat. How about you?

Strawberry Smoochies

1 cup white chocolate chips
Strawberry frozen yogurt
6 marachino cherries

Place 6 foil cupcake liners in a muffin pan. Place white chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave for 15 seconds at a time on medium heat. Stir to melt.
Using the back of a spoon, spread chocolate across the bottom of the foil liners. Then spread the chocolate up the cup’s side. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
Peel foil from chilled cups. Place a scoop of frozen yogurt in each cup and top with a cherry. Once assembled, keep frozen for up to 3 hours.
