Men face felony charges in vehicle theft |

Elsie man’s vehicle was stolen from bowling alley in Ogallala mid-January. By Jan Goff Managing Editor A 17-year-old Venango male and a 24-year-old male accomplice face Class IV Felony charges for alleged Theft by Unlawful Taking $500-$1500. The duo allegedly stole a vehicle belonging to Rick Jablonski of Elsie from Cornhusker Lanes bowling alley in Ogallala on Jan. 12. The vehicle was later found by law enforcement in Sidney. The 17-year-old was arrested on Jan. 23 in Perkins County on a Keith County Arrest Warrant and charged with a felony. The 24-year-old was charged with a felony and faces other charges in Sidney, according to Keith County Attorney Blake Edwards. A preliminary hearing for the two males is set for Monday, Feb. 23, at 1 p.m., in Keith County Court.
