On Monday, Oct. 31 from 4-5 p.m., youngsters may trick-or-treat in downtown Grant sponsored by Perkins County Chamber. Come in costume, bring the whole family, enjoy strolling Central Avenue and picking up sweet treats provided by participating businesses.
