The Perkins County FFA will be presenting its “Lead By Example” program Monday, May 7, at the high school gym at 7 pm.    
The program talks about three  steps in Leading by Example...
Step #1–Be a good citizen.   Lead yourself, your family, and your community.
Step #2–Wear your seatbelt.
Step #3–Don’t text and drive.
The chapter has a pledge that drivers are asked to sign and then once the pledge is signed drivers are then given a thumb band stating “my pledge” to help remind them of their promise.
Everyone in the community is invited to come to the presentation.
The presentation  was given at State FFA to over 200 students from across the state.
