A landowner/tenant lease workshop will be held Monday, July 30, at 5 p.m. at Valentino’s in Ogallala.
Topics to be discussed are trends in farmland values and cash lease values, good lease communications, writing a good lease and flexible cash leases.
The workshop is for all landlords and tenants. There is no  registration fee, but registration is needed to reserve a spot. Handouts and snacks are provided.
