Monday, July 16 was the deadline for incumbents to file—Zach Giesselmann met the deadline to file for the Village of Elsie.
Below are the candidates who have filed thus far:
Village of Elsie: Incumbents Colby Cook and Justin Hutcheson; new filing—incumbent Zach Giesselmann (three open seats).
Village of Madrid: Al Proctor-incumbent (three open seats).
Village of Venango: Nathaniel Dodson, David Osborne, non-incumbents (two open seats).
