PCHS grads on honors list

Joshua Wall and Tiffany Dahlkoetter, Perkins County High School graduates, were named to the  Wesleyan University Academic Honors List for the spring semester of the 2011-2012 academic year.
A student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.75 (on a 4.00 scale) for 12 or more hours of coursework to qualify for the list.

McCoy at CCC orientation

Tanner McCoy was among 400 individuals who attended new student orientation this summer at Central Community College-Hastings.
The one-day orientation sessions at CCC-Hastings were May 22, June 14, July 10 and July 27.
Participants had the opportunity to register for classes and receive information on student activities, individualized instruction, financial aid, counseling and career planning services, housing and other areas of college life.
