Special event set at Wallace festival PDF Print E-mail

Everyone attending the Wallace Fall Festival this year will have a special treat in store when they attend Cowboy Church at 6 p.m. CT on Sunday, Sept. 16 at the Wallace Town Park. Before the concert everyone is invited to attend the community wide potluck. Bring something to eat to share and enjoy the evening of fun, food, fellowship and great entertainment. Bring friends too.
A freewill offering will be taken at each service and Peter, a Native American Chippewa from Topeka Kansas, will have a table set up for anyone wanting to purchase his CDs.
Peter has had 18 top three radio hits and 12 number one singles on National Christian Country charts. His parents divorced when he was young and both remarried twice. He has fought alcohol addiction and dealt with his own divorce.
He became an ordained minister in 1995 and in 1999 he and his wife, Judy began touring full-time with his music ministry. Peter has recorded five albums in Nashville, and a sixth was a live concert that was recorded in California.
He has appeared as a guest on Pat Boone on TBN with Stephen Baldwin and Dean Jones. He has been recognized and won several awards for his talent as singer and songwriter. Peter spent nearly 30 years in construction work before turning to his music. He takes his music and message to churches, rodeos, prisons, drug and alcohol rehab programs, fairs, festivals and other special events across America each year.
He mixes his warm uplifting manner with his down home humorous country style. The antics of his Arkansas Hillbilly cousin character, Bubba Burks will create laughter and make it truly a performance that everyone can enjoy.
