Dan Sexson, a regional field director for the John Birch Society, will hold an organizational meeting at the Hastings Memorial Library meeting room on Monday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m.
Everyone interested in the government who has questions about the society and what they do is welcome to attend.
Sexson, who is the son of Dolores Sexson of Grant, lives near St. Louis and supervises field coordinators in the midwest.
A short video entitled “Restoring Our Constitutional Republic” will be shown and a brief description given of the John Birch Society.
The society will be 54 years old in December.
