Americans reelect President Obama over Romney PDF Print E-mail

In a nail-biter presidential race, voters chose incumbent Democratic President Barack Obama over challenger Republican candidate Mitt Romney in Tuesday’s election to serve as the 45th President of the United States.
Obama and his running mate, Vice President Joe Biden,  captured the vote over Republican candidates Romney and his vice presidential running mate Paul Ryan to serve a second four-year term in the White House.
U.S. Senate
Nebraskans unofficially elected Republican Deb Fischer over Democrat Bob Kerrey to serve in the U.S. Senate.
Nebraska’s Third District of Congress
Elected to the state’s Third District Congressional seat was Republican Adrian Smith with  1,174 unofficial votes over Democrat Mark Sullivan with 203.
