The Voice of Democracy essay contest for students in grades nine through 12, with the theme, “Is Our Constitution Still Relevant?” drew 19 entries.
The winners, all from Perkins County, included Dalton McCormick, first place; Rachel Carrig, second place; and Brandie Ross third place.
