The Grant Energy Zone is now open and ready to help the community by recommending nutrition and wellness to all.
Owners Rebecca McCormick and Angela Musick have already seen a great amount of interest and support since the new business opened on Nov. 19, and they have high hopes for the store’s future. McCormick is retiring from doing nails at The Hair Works to work full time at the Grant Energy Zone.
Both women have had great results with the Herbalife product line and want to share their successes. McCormick has lost 10 pounds and has been able to maintain healthy sugar levels, and Musick has also been using the product with great results, including healthier skin.
Grant Energy Zone is open six days a week, Monday through Saturday in the former Grant Floral building at 211 Central. The hours are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. They specifically chose these hours to be available to support their clients before and after work.
“I’ve seen diet programs come and go around here, and people usually buy the product and have no support, so they just don’t take it,” said McCormick.
Providing support is one of their main goals, and what they say sets them apart from any other diet program. The two are very committed to work with and support their clients to ensure the desired results.
Herbalife is an alternate choice for healthy food and can be used to lose weight, maintain weight, or even gain weight.
“All too often, someone who is sickly and needs to gain weight is told by the doctor to just eat fatty stuff,” McCormick said. “That is not the healthy way to gain weight. We want you to gain healthy weight in muscle, not fat.” There is no need to change any diet habits, clients can eat what they wish, but the owners say they won’t want to.
“You’ll just feel full,” Musick said.
Herbalife is a nutritious and healthy alternative to buying food which often times contains growth hormones, herbicides and pesticides causing them to be less healthy than a person would think they are.
One saying they believe in and have painted on their wall is “Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food,”
The Grant Energy Zone offers hot and cold teas, shakes, lotion, body soap, shampoo and conditioner and other fine products in a variety of sizes and flavors.
After the holidays they will be hosting weight challenges and salsa dancing.
The new Energy Zone owners will be holding a grand opening event in the near future.
In the meantime, they invite everyone to stop in to check out the products and try a shake for breakfast or lunch.
