A well-attended cheer clinic for the younger set was held Saturday by the Perkins County cheerleaders and their coaches with 44 little girls who learned cheers and chants, then performed in the afternoon. Proceeds from the clinic go toward supplies for the Perkins County High School cheerleading program and toward college incidentals for seniors on the squad who will graduate.
