Women’s Connection to host concert
It is spring and the concert season is getting started! The Ogallala/Grant Women’s Connection will be hosting a guest night dinner and concert evening on Saturday, May 18.
Join area men and women, young and old at St Paul’s Lutheran School, 312 West 3rd in Ogallala for a wonderful dinner and a “mini concert” by Brenda Copeland.
Brenda is an amazing award winning Southern Gospel artist. She has 12 CD album projects to her credit and has appeared on Trinity Broadcasting Networks PTL program and many others. She sings and speaks at over 100 events each year all over the U.S. and around the world.
The guest speaker for the evening will be Kelvin Copeland. Kelvin will share how he found himself “Standing at the Y” returning from the brink of disaster.” Kelvin is the oldest of five brothers only seven years apart in age. He was raised in poverty and became successful in “corporate America” then gave it all up to find peace and compassion.
This event is sure to be an evening of good food, great fun, amazing music and an awesome speaker.
Tickets are available at the door. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is served at 6 p.m.
