Seven Scarlet Chapeau ladies traveled to North Platte on Tuesday, Aug. 20, to attend the Life Styles Senior Festival. They enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Canteen and then listened to the special musical entertainment of Chuck, Job and Peter as they played music from the 60s and 70s. They then listened to Bea Fiala or “Bea Funny” as she told jokes about being a senior citizen and to quote her, “added 24 hours to our lives by laughing at life.” The day ended at Cold Stone where they each enjoyed ice cream.
