David and Michele Vinton of Whitman, Neb. are the proud parents of twins, Elijah Charles and Elivia Catherine born Jan. 11, 2011 at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte, Neb.
Elijah weighed 6 pounds 6 ounces and was 19 inches in length.
Elivia weighed 5 pounds 4 ounces and was 19 inches in length.
Grandparents are Cary and Stacey Cook of Ogallala, Neb. and Chris and Sherry Vinton of Whitman.
Great-grandparents are Sharon Day of Madrid, Neb.; Lynn and Joyce Cook of Elsie, Neb.; Dave and Joan Long of North Platte and Shirlee Vinton of Lincoln, Neb.
Big brother Emitt, two, welcomed them home.
Dr. Lamberty was the attending physician.
