Derek weighed 8 pounds, 4.7 ounces and was 21 inches in length.
Grandparents are Gordon and Janette Ensz of Madrid, Neb. and Martin and Mabel Hurst of Lime Springs, Iowa.
Sister Kylee, six, and Kaya, three, welcomed their brother home.
Dr. Johng was the attending physician.
