Forbes retires from Emmett’s; Mostek semi-retired

After 43 years of repairing vehicles, Lewis Forbes has decided to retire from Emmett’s Repair. He officially stopped accepting new work the end of February. He began his career at Emmett’s in 1980.

Emmett’s Repair has been in the business since 1962. Dennis Mostek’s father, Emmett Mostek, owned the business and mainly did body work, which later expanded into mechanical work. 

Dennis expanded the business again in 1971 providing radiator repairs. 

With the retiring of Forbes, Dennis has also decided to cut back on his responsibilities, saying that he will continue to do radiator repairs, but by appointment only.
