Basement ready for next SWNCBC home

The basement has been readied by Doolittle Construction at 604 Garfield for the next Southwest Nebraska Community Betterment Corporation home being built by Noyes Quality Homes in Grant. The home is one of two that SWNCBC has been working to establish for several years in Grant to help deal with the housing shortage in town. Amy Thelander of SWNCBC said the state inspection of the new home will take place at the end of July with the home to be moved to this location shortly after. Thelander is still looking for potential buyers for the home. Those who are interested should contact her at 352-4338.
