Adams Bank & Trust featured as May Chamber Spotlight

The Perkins County Chamber of Commerce May Business Spotlight honor was awarded to Adams Bank & Trust of Grant.

Adams Bank & Trust was founded by G.D. Adams and E.C. Wolf in 1916 in Lemoyne, Nebraska. 

In 1934, the bank was moved to Brule during the construction of the Kingsley Dam and Lake McConaughy. 

The bank remains under Adams family ownership with CEO Todd Adams and President Chad Adams, as well as the fifth generation of Adams currently working at the bank. 

They currently have 19 branches with locations in Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas.

The company employs 237, with 10 represented in the Grant/Madrid locations.

“Our focus is providing the foundation for our customers’ financial success,” said Grant/Madrid retail branch manager, Shawn Rubek.

Adams Bank & Trust is a full service financial institution that offers deposit and savings accounts, commericial, ag and consumer loans, as well as wealth management services through trusts and Raymond James Financial.

“Our target customer is anyone and everyone,” said Rubek. 

“We want to make sure we are taking care of all of your needs, whether it be an individual having your first kid and opening up a savings account for them, or you just retired and are moving your 401k, or have a new business and need a new building. We’re here to help in any way that we possibly can, ” he added.

According to Rubek, the world of banking is always changing. Adams Bank & Trust works to stay on the cutting edge of banking and banking technology to better serve their current and future customers.
