First Dollar: 

Mowers N More LLC is owned by Doug Koehn. He purchased the Grasshoppers mowers from Michael Woodhead. He isa grasshopper mowers dealer, can make repairs on the mowers, and service small engines. He is located out at Highway 61 at the Woody’s Pivot building. He is open 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. he can be reached at 308-352-8898. 

Business Spotlight: 

Business Spotlight: Sandhills State Bank came to Grant in 2019. They do a lot of agriculture and cattle banking for our communities. There main office is located out of Bassett, Ne. Todd Kraus is regional branch President. Contact information is 308-352-4353. 

Hired Hand Auction 

Perkins County FFA will be having hired hand auction February 27th and State FFA will be April 3-5. The group got to go to Nationals with Mr. Babbitt. The FFA kids are working on an Animal Lab Building and it has been presented to the school board. 

Meetings: 

The Perkins County Chamber of Commerce meeting was held Thursday February 15 at Noon at the Perkins County Senior Center. 19 members were present. 

Our next chamber meeting will be April 18 at Noon at the Perkins County Senior Center. 

Easter Egg Hunt: 

Perkins County Chamber will be hosting the Easter Egg Hunt March 30 at 10:30 a.m. at the Grant City Park. The Easter Bunny will be arriving at 10:00 a.m. for pictures to be taken ahead of time. If any youth needs volunteer hours please contact the chamber to come help with this fun project. We are also asking for donations to help with this event. Donations can be mailed to chamber PO Box 767 Grant NE 69140. 

Fundraiser: 

Perkins County Senior Center is going to put putting in new carpet throughout the building. They will be having a fundraiser Sunday February 25th from 11:00-1:00 with soups and desserts. Also, March 2 from 9:00-1:00 they will be having a bake sales.
