Rodney Lousberg of Middle of Nowhere Bar and Grill in Venango, accepts his First Dollar from Perkins County Chamber of Commerce President Andrea Brueggeman. Lousberg said he serves a variety of food and features a beer garden to enjoy bands during the summer weekends.
