O’Donnell Law Office honored as May Chamber Spotlight

Tawna Holmstedt of the Law Offices of R. Kevin O’Donnell represented the law firm at the May 16 Chamber Meeting, and spoke on their behalf.

The Law Offices of R. Kevin O‘Donnell were selected as the Perkins County Chamber Business Spotlight for the month of May and were presented the traveling trophy by President Michelle Ross.

The O’Donnell Law Offices focus on estate planning, trusts, real estate taxation, commercial litigation, oil and gas probate, insurance, personal injury, commercial law and general practice.

Their target customers are “people who need representation or need help trying to problem solve or estate planning type issues like what their future is going to look like and we’ll kind of get them over the hump of how to get to that endpoint.”

The Law Offices Of Kevin O’Donnell have three offices, one in Ogallala, one in Grant and one in Benkelman, and staff five employees.

Mr. O’Donnell himself is semi-retired, though Holmstedt said he is still working every day.

Looking toward to the future, the firm anticipates that they will be hiring another attorney, “hopefully one with local ties,” Holmstedt explained.

The Law Office of R. Kevin O’Donnell is located at 945 Central Avenue in Grant and can be reached at 308-284-7070.
