At the monthly Chamber meeting on Thursday, Nov. 8, Steve and Brenda McClenahan accepted the traveling trophy in recognition of their business, Quality Diesel being honored as the November Chamber Spotlight.
Quality Diesel honored as November Chamber Spotlight
Started in 1984 by Jack and Pat Karre as Karre Diesel and Repair, Quality Diesel, as it’s known today, is owned by Steve and Brenda McClenahan.
The main services in the beginning were farm tractor repair and fuel injection service along with diesel pick-up repair. Today the business has expanded it services to include light, medium and heavy truck repair as well as traditional fuel injection service and electronic engine diagnostics and repair.
McClenahans explained how blessed they feel to have the loyal customer base that they currently have and that their loyal customers are and will continue to be their target focus.
Including the McClenahans, the business has six employees. According to Steve, they are constantly looking for additional quality technicians to offer more services to their customers and serve them in a timely manner.
