Western Insurors now Adams Insurance Advisors

Western Insurors, an affiliate of Adams Bank & Trust, recently changed its name to Adams Insurance Advisors to project a unified front as the banking institution continues expansion into the Front Range of Colorado and northwestern Kansas, bank officials say.

Agency Manager Deb Schilz said, “The agency is not changing the way it does business or the people customers have grown to know and trust over the years. Adams Insurance Advisors will continue to do business in the communities it has served for more than 100 years, as well as look at new opportunities in Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas.

“We are excited for our future expansion and the growth it will bring, as well as the opportunity to provide additional resources to our valued, longtime customers and services to clients in new markets,” Schilz said.

Western Insurors has a long and storied history, beginning with its founder George Douglas Adams, who set the wheels in motion for the banking and insurance businesses more than 100 years ago.
