Hite and Lampe

Shayne and Penny Hite of Grant, Nebraska announce the engagement of their daughter Mackenzie Hite to Brett J. Lampe, son of Rod and Carla Lampe of Saint Francis, Kansas.

The bride-to-be graduated from Perkins County High School in Grant and Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Neb., with a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology and Spanish. 

She is currently completing her clinical internships in Denver in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. She will graduate in May 2018.

The groom-to-be graduated from Saint Francis High School in Saint Francis, Kansas, and the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kan., with a degree in finance and emphasis in wealth management. After graduation, he took a job with U.S. Bank, gained experience with Great-West Financial and is currently employed with BBVA Compass Bank in Denver, where the couple resides.

The couple is planning a Colorado wedding on Jan. 6, 2018.
