Free Sports Physicals

FREE Physical Night will be Aug. 3 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Grant Medical Clinic. All athletes need to turn in a physical before they can practice. Additionally, all athletes need to have a filled out Medical History form with their physical. The form can be found on the school website.
