BRAG and drive in movie next chamber activities

Perkins County Chamber was held Thursday April 17 at the Perkins County Senior Center at noon with 9 in attendance. 

Kim Weiss with Perkins County Health Services-Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Services came to visit with us about the hospitals program.  The rehab has been at the hospital since 2017 and we are very thankful that we have this available to us.  2019 they started the Pulmonary rehab and has growing steadily with COPD patients and outpatient respiratory services.  They can be contacted at 308-352-7163 and are located in the hospital. 

Old Business:

Easter Egg Hunt was held April 19 at 10:30 at the Grant City Park.  It was a little cool, but had a great turnout.  Thank you to everyone for coming out and to our chamber members and students for helping get it all ready.

New Business:

May 22 will the BRAG (bike ride around grant) starting at 6:30 p.m. at the park and then we will have drive in movie at 7:30 p.m. at the baseball field Moana 2.  Hope to see everyone there, spread the word!

June 7 with be city wide garage sales.  4th of July will be here before we know it.  Come enjoy the day with all the fun events!  July 15-19 come in enjoy the Perkins County Fair!  July 17th we will have our annual fair breakfast. 

Announcements:

We have chamber bucks that you can purchase at Pinnacle Bank for shopping local.  April 26th will be downtown cleanup. May 3rd city park cleanup and May 17th cemetery cleanup.  June 4th Pinnacle Bank will be having shred day 2-4 p.m.
