Lighting up the night

One of the new lights that is part of the City of Grant’s downtown renovation project, shines brightly Monday night near Deaver Computer and Soulful Salvage. Potts Electric, Great Plains Communication and Midwest Electric were busy last week putting in the lights for about half of the east side of Central Ave. The restoration project is on hold now that the weather has gotten colder, according to Grant City Superintendent Edward Dunn.
