Area blood drive reaches goal

The Elsie/Madrid Community Blood Drive that was held Friday, Dec. 8 reached the 30 unit goal set by the American Red Cross. Donors were treated to lunch prepared and served by the Elsie Methodist Women. Mary Lempke reached a two-gallon mark with her donation to this drive. Those volunteering their time and resources were: Susan Hanson, Debbie Osler, John Cutler, Kyla Geisbrecht, Chad Cutler and Hi-Line Co-op. The next Elsie/Madrid Blood Drive will be held Friday, Feb. 9.
