Birthdays celebrated

The Scarlet Chapeau ladies met for their monthly luncheon, Thursday April 24th at the Lighthouse between Elsie and Madrid. The ladies sang “Happy Birthday” to Pat Schipper of Grant, accompanied by Rosalie Curtis of Elsie on her Kazoo. Also attending were Jan Schiling and Yvone Hermann of Venango, DeAnn Zwickl, Nancy Burge, Nancy Hanson and Katy Miyamoto all of Grant.
