Blood drive 2 units short of goal
The Elsie/Madrid blood drive held July 12 fell short of its goal set by the American Red Cross by two units, according to coordinators Michele Cutler and Rosalie Curtis.
The Elsie Legion Auxiliary prepared and served lunch. Donor Michelle Ross reached her five-gallon mark. All donors received a t-shirt provided by the American Red Cross.
The following volunteers provided their time and resources: Julie Johnson, Marian Glunz, John Cutler and Chad Cutler.
