The Elsie/Madrid Community Blood Drive that was held July 24, 2026 was a tremendous success! We are excited to announce that we met our goal set by the American Red Cross, contributing vital donations to those in need. Donors were treated to a delicious lunch, generously prepared and served by the Elsie Legion Auxiliary, and received a beach towel as a token of appreciation from the American Red Cross. We especially want to recognize Rosalie Curtis for reaching an incredible 11-gallon milestone and Samantha Doolittle for her 1-gallon achievement. Donating their time and resources were Jane Potts and Marian Glunz. Mark your calendars! The next Elsie/Madrid Community Blood Drive will be held on October 9, 2026, at the Elsie Methodist Church.
