Borowski case bound to district court

Timothy Walker, 42, of Brighton, Colorado, submitted a written waiver to a preliminary hearing in Keith County Court for July 22.
Walker has been charged with a class 2a felony of manslaughter in the July death of 31-year-old Justin Borowski of Grant.
Judge Edward Steenburg bound the case to Keith County District Court for further proceedings. Arraignment is set for Aug. 23 at 8:30 a.m.
