Fireworks Donations: There is still time to donate to the Perkins County Fireworks Show. A list of those who donated will be printed in next week’s issue.

 

Blood Drive: The Elsie/Madrid Blood Drive will  be held July 14 at the Elsie Methodist Church from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch will be served. To make an appointment call Michele @ 308-228-2318. Walk-ins are welcome! 

 

L2 for Kids: Applications for L2 for Kids Clothing will be available beginning July 16 at any church or at the Grant Tribune office. Applications need to be turned in by July 30. Contact Cindy Regier at 308-326-4347 with any questions or for more information.

 

Fair Entries: 4-H and Open Class Static fair entries will enter in the dance hall this year.  Bring exhibits on Wednesday, July 19 from 9-11 a.m. The extension office is seeking volunteers to help move and set up static exhibits. Please contact 308-352-4340 or perkins-county@unl.edu.

 

Extension Closed: The Perkins County Extension Office will be closed for fair week (July 17-22.)  4-H show shirts may be picked up at the 4-H shows or on entry day.
