Chamber organizing Youth Night

The Perkins County Chamber will be hosting a youth night on Tuesday, Aug. 1 from 6-8 p.m. at the Perkins County Senior Center in Grant. 

The purpose of this event is to give youth and their parents the opportunity to see what Perkins County fall/winter youth activities are available to them by having all youth organizations such as Scouts, 4-H, church youth groups, sports groups and others in one place.

The chamber encourages youth organizations to be present that evening to provide information, pamphlets and registration forms to those interested.

“This event will be especially beneficial to the new families in Perkins County. Not only will it give them information on Perkins County youth activities, but the opportunity to meet people as well,” said Chamber President Andrea Brueggeman.  

If successful, the event will be repeated in April for spring/summer activities.
