Grant’s Central Ave was filled with mythical monsters, fictional favorites and buckets upon buckets of collected candy for Trick or Treat Street Friday, Oct. 29. Friday’s warm fall weather didn’t stick around through the weekend however, as cold temps, rain and even snow greeted the town Halloween night.
