Elsie birthday celebrated

The Elsie seniors held their monthly luncheon Tuesday, Sept. 19, at the Elsie Legion Hall. A scarecrow-themed cake was provided by Sandhills State Bank. Celebrating a September birthday was Dolores Steinwart.
