Hightower arraigned in county court

Brian E. Hightower of Grant was arraigned in Perkins County Court on Wednesday, Aug. 16 with Judge Edward Steenburg presiding. 

Hightower was arrested by the Perkins County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, July 28. He was charged with alleged sexual assault of a child, a Class 1B felony; and committing child abuse intentionally with no injury, a Class IIIA felony.
