Hightower bound over to District Court

Brian E. Hightower of Grant waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Perkins County Court on the counts of sexual assault of a child and committing child abuse intentionally with no injury.
He has been bound over to Perkins County District Court and a court date has not yet been set.
Hightower remains in Keith County Jail with bond at 10 percent of $500,000.
