Hilton takes the helm as PCHS CEO

Neil Hilton has taken the helm as the new CEO at Perkins County Health Services.

Hilton, a Cambridge native, took over duties of previous CEO Jim LeBrun on Monday, Jan. 22 and “couldn’t be more pleased to get back to direct community-based hospital operational leadership.”

Hilton comes to Grant from Cheyenne, Wyoming after serving almost eight years with the Wyoming Hospital Association (WHA).

He had previously served as a hospital CEO in Oshkosh, Ainsworth and Lexington, Kentucky.

Hilton said he missed the daily action of all the moving parts, working with staff and all the dynamics that come with working in a hospital.

“No two days are ever exactly the same,” he said. “That’s what I had always enjoyed and a big part of what I missed.”

When he saw the job opening in Perkins County, it was an opportunity he didn’t want to pass up, as he felt it was the perfect community for him.
