Hutt memorial given to GVFD

A memorial in the name of Rodney H. Hutt was presented to the Grant Volunteer Fire Department at the Nov. 5 business meeting by the family of Rodney Hutt. 

Hutt’s memorial will be used to purchase upgraded communication equipment for the Grant Fire Department. 

The name of Rodney H. Hutt will be engraved on the Memorial Plaque that is on public display in the meeting room of the Grant Volunteer Fire Department as a tribute to this former member of the Grant Volunteer Fire Department. 

Hutt was a 12-year member of the department serving as fire chief for eight years of his membership.
